Welcome to my blog Metro Mommy
Many of you are probably wondering why I just took on a blog when it appears Tim & I have no free time. Recently, we woke up from a baby growing, toddler raising fog and realized it was time to get our lives back!
When we were DINKS we really enjoyed living in Oak Cliff and exploring the Metro-plex. Don't get me wrong we are blessed daily by our kids. We are now at a stage where we want to share all of this with our kids and revive date night for us! I am not sure what acronym we are now , maybe KITS (Kids in Tow) or just for laughs TWITS (Toddlers Walking in Tow).
Nevertheless, whatever acronym defines us this week, I am sure there are a lot of other moms in the Metro-plex that have the same desires. Although I am still working out the details of everything this blog should contain I intend to blog about my random thoughts, cool product finds, great kid and non-kid activities and scrumptious places to eat. I am sure some of my passions such as my career in Landscape Architecture, sustainability, natural childbirth & nutrition will be sprinkled in the mix.
